Class CC1: Restricted Outfit
1. Open to ages 15 to 20 years inclusive.
2. Age of entrant is to be stated on Form B.
3. Fabric used in outfit to cost no more than $100.00.
4. Receipts to be supplied for proof of cost.
(Please note age 15 has been chosen as the RNA consider this to be the age that adult entrance fee must be paid.)
Class CC2: Open Adult Outfit Daywear
Suitable for any of the following: Race Meeting, Business Meeting, Special Occasion, Garden Party or Wedding.
Class CC3: Open Creative Outfit
Suitable for any occasion including After Five.
1. This is not a Fashion Fantasy class.
2. Entries are required to feature creativity and innovation using craft, machine
or hand embroidery, patchwork, quilting, smocking, etc.
3. Entries should have the initial visual impact of a creative entry.
Class CC4: Masters Adult Outfit Daywear (Any Occasion)
Open to all entrants providing they do not derive a major part of their income from dressmaking and/or have a registered dressmaking business, conduct classes, own their own fashion label or who has won a 1st place at a previous State Final in Classes 2 or 3.
Class CC5: Fashion Fantasy (Wearable Art)
Please note: the outfit cannot be created from purchased garments. All parts of entry are to be made by the entrant.
1. Open to individuals as well as students of a high school, college or tertiary
facility.
2. The actual garment must be predominately made from cotton or cotton blend
fabric of not less than 50% cotton, but entrant may add other materials and
items to complete the design.
3. Entrant is to model own outfit.
4. Let your imagination run wild!!! This is the only class that does not need to be
pre-judged at local show level.
All Classes Please Note:
All garments must enter at the local show function to qualify for State Finals. 1st and 2nd place winners in each class from local shows are eligible for the State Finals. (This is optional).

It is important that all entrants obtain a copy of The Cotton Creations and Kids in Cotton Amateur Make & Model Competition Entrants Pack (available from above) and that you read carefully the judging criteria and the terms and conditions of entry to all classes.
Class KC1: Party Wear
For those special occasions - birthday party, wedding or first dance.
1. Slacks and shirt, skirt and blouse or
dress (no shorts).
2. Ages 5 to 12 years inclusive.
Class KC2: Casual Wear/Active Wear
For fun, sun, play or sport.
1. Shorts/track pants, skirt and
shirt/blouse.
2. Ages 5 to 12 inclusive.
Class KC3: Showtime
For a country show, movies or barbecue.
1. Pants and shirt, dress or skirt and
blouse (no shorts).
2. Ages 5 to 12 years inclusive.
Class KC4: Self Made - Primary
For any occasion.
1. Ages 8 to 11 years inclusive.
2. Age to be noted on entry form.
3. Garment to be cut and sewn as much
as possible by entrant, but they may
receive help.
Class KC5: Self Made
For any occasion.
1. Ages 12 to 14 years inclusive.
2. Age of entrant to be noted on Entry
Form.
3. Garment must be cut and sewn by the
entrant without assistance. They may
receive advice only.
