Entry Closing Dates:

Be sure to get your entries in early. Entry opening and closing dates are as follows:

  • Stud Beef - 2nd May, 2008.

  • All Other Livestock - 5th May, 2008.  Late entries until 9th May, 2008.

  • Horses - By ticket system.  Stalls and camping must be booked by 12th May, 2008.  Use booking slip provided.

  • Dressage Events - 12th May, 2008.

  • Pavilion - 28th April to 15th May, 2008.  No entries will be accepted on judging morning with the exception of horticulture and the additional exceptions below.

  • Photography - entries must be in by 3.00pm Friday, 9th May, 2008.

  • Art - 1st May to 13th May, 2008.  Entries and exhibits must be in by 4.00pm Tuesday, 13th May, 2008.

Prize Money:

Prize Money for Pavilion Sections may be claimed at the Secretary’s Office on presentation of Prize Cards after 5.00 pm on Saturday.

Prizes not claimed: All prizes must be claimed within three months from the closing date of the Show. Prizes not claimed will be considered to have lapsed and the amount will become a donation to the Show Society.

Exhibitors: In the event of there being no competition in a class, the merit of the exhibit shall be the sole guide in the awarding or withholding of any prize. Also, if the merit of the exhibits in any class is not, in the opinion of the judges, sufficient to entitle them to a prize, the judge may withhold any or all prizes in the class. All intending exhibitors are respectfully requested to read carefully the regulations and by-laws, along with the instructions printed at the head of each section.
